My name is Pradeep Kumar Raghav, and I am the proud owner and operator of an SBI Customer Service Point (CSP) located at THDC Bypass Road, Khurja, Bulandshahr. Since 2019, I have been dedicated to delivering essential banking and public services to my community with transparency, trust, and professionalism.
The SBI CSP is established to provide essential banking services in rural and semi-urban areas where access to full-scale bank branches is limited. I serve as a link between the State Bank of India and the local community, ensuring that people can access secure and reliable financial services without having to travel far.
In addition to core SBI services, I also support several other government and digital services, helping citizens save time, money, and effort.
